Resident Patron Clubhouse Rental Rates
- Resident Patron must be over 25 years of age and must attend the entire event.
- Required Deposit: $200.00
- Deposits may not be applied to rental fees.
- If a day and time are not listed below, the House in unavailable for rental.
- Rates may be amended at the District’s discretion without prior notice.
