Great News! Donut Lake Recreation Facilities at 13715 Charwell Crossing is back up and running for patron’s use of tennis courts and bathrooms (and storage room access) via card reader system. Enjoy and stay cool!
Memorial Day Office Hours
In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday, HRF, HCWCID 116 and SiEnvironmental offices will be Closed on Monday, May 29, 2023. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 30th during normal operating hours. For Water related Emergencies, call SiEnviro at 281-807-9500 (24hr answering service). For HRF related issues, email to [email protected]. Emails will be responded to in a timely manner when office reopens. Utilize drop box to left of front door for correspondence/payments to HCWCID 116, HRF, and HCA.

Offices will reopen on Monday, April 10 during normal operating hours.
