New Residents

New Residents to HCWCID 116 requesting new water service will need to complete and provide the following:

Please fill out the attached application or find the application online at www.sienviro.com; it must be completed and returned to our office for services to be rendered along with applicable deposits. If you are unable to come into the office, you may fill out the form online, email, or fax it back along with copies of your state/government issued current photo ID and proof of residency.

Residence types are:

Homeowners
Include copy of your Closing Disclosure, Settlement Statement, Hud-1, HCAD, or current Mortgage statement. *** Newly constructed homes can ONLY be established in the homeowner’s name to start services.

Tenants
Copy of lease agreement; we require the 1st page which includes parties involved, property location, and terms with start/end date of lease, and the signature page showing all parties have signed.

Property Manager
Either a Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement or Residential Leasing and Property Management Agreement showing the owner authorizes the property manager to handle the property on their behalf.

Company/Business
Copy of lease agreement or proof of ownership (see examples above), along with a business card or Letter of Authorization for the person submitting/signing the application on behalf of the business and a W-9, or SS-4 form with the business EIN number.

Connection Fee

New residents of HCWCID 116 are required to pay a connection fee and provide a security deposit. Contact Si Environmental (281-807-9500) for amount. Payment in form of check or money order only. No cash accepted.

Automatic Draft

An automatic draft option has proven popular with customers.The draft is made on or about the 20th of the month. To take advantage of this option, click the button below for the PDF version.

As a courtesy, the District collects the fees for certain Residential Services (ie garbage and security) that are provided by the Huntwick Civic Association. Online Account Instructions

Setting Up Your Online Account

  1. Go online to www.sienviro.com
  2. Click the “FIND MY DISTRICT” box at the top of the page.
  3. Scroll down and click through the pages to find your district box. If you are unsure what district your address is in, it can be found on your new account email or at the top left corner of your regular white bill. If you are having problems finding your district or do not have a copy of your bill available, our customer care number is 281-807-9500.
  4. Once you’ve found your district box, click “Pay Online”
  5. This will take you to the online customer portal, where you can set up your online account.
  6. Click “Sign up now”
  7. Enter the Security Code that can be found on your new account email or at the top right corner of your regular white bill. If you are having problems finding your security code or do not have a copy of your bill available, our customer care number is 281-807-9500.
  8. Enter an Email Address of your choice and click the green “SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL” button.
  9. Once you have completed these steps, check your Email for the verification link.
  10. Click the verification link provided in your Email, this will take you to a new screen where you can enter in a username and password to finish creating your account.
  11. Enter your username and password and click the green “SIGN IN” box.

Setting Up EBill

  1. On the Home page, on the right-hand side at the top click the “My Account” tab.
  2. On the left-hand side you will see “Bill Delivery” click on “eBill” this will take you to your eBill Settings.
  3. On the right-hand side there is a button that says “OFF” this button controls your ability to enable eBill sign up.
  4. Click the “OFF” button and from there click the circle of what you would like to receive. We would like to encourage you to update your settings to “eBill only” as this will allow you to receive your bill directly through email as well as save on paper, then click the green “Update” button.
  5. Then your screen should change with a green sign at the top saying “eBill settings have been saved successfully. A notification has been sent to your email address confirming this change.”

Making an Online Payment

  1. You can also make one-time online payments through your online account. At the top right, you will see a tab that says, “Pay Bill”, click this tab.
  2. Follow the remaining prompts for entering your payment information and pay and confirm.
  3. Please call customer care with your confirmation number to verify the payment posted to your account or if your water service is turned off, to restore service call 281-807-9500 before 3pm for same-day service.
  4. If you would like to setup Auto Draft Payments, please fill out the ACH SETUP FORM at our offices or on our website and email it to [email protected]
